According to Swiss law there is no general right of cancellation or return. For this reason we would like to point out that orders in our webshop are basically binding and cannot be cancelled if you have ordered by mistake.<\/p>\n\n

Nevertheless, it is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If you receive an item that has direct, noticeable defects that are not the result of normal use or improper use, you can register this item for return.<\/p>\n\n
Please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods at contact@brightup.ch. Please describe the defect as accurately as possible and attach photos if you can.<\/p>\n\n
Upon receipt of your complaint, we will investigate the case. If we find that there is a prominent defect that is not caused by normal use or improper use, we will accept a return and offer you a refund.<\/p>\n\n
Please note that normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are not considered defects and therefore do not entitle to return.<\/p>\n\n
